All sales are final. If for any reason you are not in love with your purchase, simply notify me within 7 days of receiving it that you intend to ship it back to me. Within those same 7 days you will need to return items. Item must be unworn, with tags still attached. Once I receive the returned item I will issue you a credit to use on something else from my inventory. You will have 21 days to use your credit before it expires.
Sale Items, Sassy Swag Bags & Tumblers:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sassy swag bags and sale items cannot be exchanged. Tumblers are custom made to order therefore cannot be exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please notify us when you ship it back so we can watch for it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. That means to send it back to us and for us to send your exchange item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Currently we offer $5 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $29 & $8 Flat Rate for orders above $30 in the US.
Shipping times range anywhere from 2-7 buisness days. We ship through USPS.
If you live outside of the US additional shipping charges will apply!
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout! We cannot be held responsible/liable if the address provided is incorrect and your items have already been shipped!
